Return Policy


All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges. Each item is shipped and inspected by us personally and will not be shipped with any defects.

Please be sure about your purchase before placing your order. We are certain that you will not be disappointed in our products!

🡆 All special orders, and preorders cannot be cancelled or refunded at all!

🡆 All special orders such as Bridesmaid orders require a deposit of half down and the remaining half must be paid within 30 days of your first payment or you will loose your deposit.

🡆 You will be informed when your special order will be ready.

🡆 We will be responsible to meet your deadlines if you write us at  or Call us at 281 558-4275 with your required date and when you need it by.

🡆 Once you order a dress and we get your required date that you need to have it by and we are unable to meet your requirements you will not be charged for your purchase. If we cannot get your style in the size and color you want by your wear date you will be informed before you are charged. So it is best if you call 281 558-4275 to see how soon you will receive the dress you want and if it is still available in the color and size you need.

Refunds And Exchanges (If Applicable)

🡆 To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the item at  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

🡆 Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

🡆 H.Harloquin Inc. has the right to refuse the returned dress if it has stains pulls missing stones or beads or any odour which includes body odour or perfume odour.

🡆 Only Exchange or Store Credit


🡆 We will notify you once we’ve received inspected your return and let you know if you’re return was approved or not if approved you you’ll be automatically credited in the form of a Store Credits to your account so that you could apply this credit to purchase another dress

🡆 3-5 working days for the return to arrive from the day it was received and 48 hours for H.Harloquin Inc. to inspect the return and an additional 24-36 hours to credit your account.

🡆 H.Harloquin Inc. has the right to refuse a return.


🡆 The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  There are no exchanges or store credit on Special orders or Layaways in the store.

🡆 All exchanges require H. Harloquin Inc. to have received the returned dress first and credit your account before we can apply to credit to your new order. Receipts of your original purchase are required.

🡆 You can only make one exchange and then you cannot exchange dresses any longer.

🡆 All sales are final! Any return once received and approved will be applied to your account as a store credit to be used within 6 months.

Return Shipping Cost

🡆 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
